Soul Coaching Sessions are rooted in shamanism. I work with the luminous energy field, spirit guides, embodiment practices, eco somatics, soul art, and shamanic journeying. Through these modalities, I guide my clients to release densities that are creating imbalances in their energy body, which can cause feelings of lifelessness, fatigue, depression, dysregulation, and imbalance. My work is designed to guide and support my clients in their sacred rebellion and wild reclamation.
